Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir in milk and vanilla extract. Spoon batter into a 9-inch square baking pan.
Combine brown sugar with 3 tablespoons cocoa, and sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over batter (do not stir). Bake for 40 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Serve warm. Note: If you cut the cake into 12 three-inch by two-inch pieces, each piece has 0.5g of fat. This is an excellent treat for those on a fat-restricted diet. Email this Recipe:
