Instructions: Sift the first 5 ingredients into a bowl. Stir in the milk and oil. Blend in nuts. Spread in a prepared 9" square pan. Sprinkle combined brown sugar and cocoa over top. Pour the hot water over the entire batter. Bake 45 minutes at 350F. Pudding will rise to top and chocolate sauce will settle. Serve warm
