Instructions: Combine milk, chocolate, sugar and salt in saucepan. Stirring continuously, cook until smooth and thick on medium heat of electric range. Add vanilla. Keep warm in fondue pot. Thin with additional evaporated milk, if mixture becomes too thick.

Makes 2 cups sauce.
