Instructions: Mix together margarine, sugar and cocoa in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until butter is completely melted. Slowly add evaporated milk. Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve hot or cold.

Makes about 2 cups.
