1 tbl Butter
2 tbl Corn Syrup, Light
1 cup Sugar
2 oz Unsweetened Chocolate (2 Squares)
1/3 cup Boiling Water
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook the chocolate, butter, and boiling water in a 2 quart saucepan over LOW heat, stirring until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the corn syrup and sugar.

Increase heat to MEDIUM and stir occasionally until it comes to a boil. Stop stiring and let boil for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and place saucepan in cold water to stop the boiling. Stir in the vanilla. One mixed and smooth remove from the cold water.

Dispense warm sauce onto ice-cream. Let cool and store covered int he refrigerator. May reheat in a double boiler or microwave.
