Ingredients:

6 oz bacon - (to 8 oz) cut up
1 pkt Scalloped Potatoes - (7 to 8 oz)
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1 tbl sugar
1 can cream of mushroom soup - reduced fat
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tbl vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Fry bacon until crisp; reserve drippings. Drain bacon on paper towels and set aside.

Combine contents of Scalloped Potatoes package and seasoning mix with celery seed, pepper, and sugar in the crockpot.

Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and stir into the potato mixture. Mix bacon in. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours, until potatoes are tender.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
