1 cup All purpose flour
3/4 cup Yellow cornmeal
3 tbl Sugar
4 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Salad oil
2 x Eggs beaten
1/4 cup Chopped red bell pepper
1 cup Shredded jarlsburg
1/4 cup Chopped green chilies, well drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In medium bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt until well incorporated. In another bowl, mix together milk, oil and eggs. Add to dry ingredients. Mix in bell pepper, cheese and chilies. Add salami and stir until moist. Grease twelve 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups. Spoon batter into muffin pan, about 3/4 full. Bake until done. Test with toothpick. Remove muffins to rack . Serve warm.

Approximately 20 minutes.
