Instructions: Defrost potatoes for 5 minutes in microwave. Stir together potatoes and cheeses, the place in a greased 8 x 12 inch cake pan. In separate bowl, whisk together half and half, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour over potatoes and oven bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until golden brown and set. Cool slightly and cut into 12 squares.
