8 med potatoes
4 lb (2 kg) cooked bratwurst sausage
1 x recipe of dressing (below)
----------------- DRESSING: ----------------
1 cup (235 ml) mayonnaise
1 tbl (15 ml) celery seed
2 tbl (30 ml) vinegar
1 tsp (7 ml) prepared mustard
1/2 cup (120 ml)green relish
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Dice cooked potatoes

2. Slice cooked bratwurst into 1-inch slices

3. Keep warm.

DRESSING:
1. Combine potatoes and bratwurst in a casserole.

2. Add dressing and toss.

3. Serve hot.
