Instructions: Cook sausage in a skillet until it loses its pink color; stir to break up sausage and drain off fat. In a blender combine sausage iwth beans, shredded cheese, ketchup, mustard and Tabasco; blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides. Return to skillet. Heat. Serve with corn chips or assorted crackers.
