Method In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except garnish. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes to blend flavors; remove spices. Serve hot in mugs with cinnamon sticks if desired. MICROWAVE: In l-quart glass measure, combine ingredients as above. Microwave on full power (high) 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve as above.
