Instructions: Heat oil in a wok & fry the onion, garlic & chili for 30 seconds. Add salted beans & bean curd, fry gently till bean curd turns golden. Add the rest of the ingredients & cook until the sauce thickens. Serve hot over noodles or fried rice.
