Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to very low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Let mixture cool in the pan for 30 minutes at room temperature, then puree in 2 batches in a blender of food processor. Serve warm or at room temperature, as an accompaniment to barbecued beef or sausage. Email this Recipe:
