Instructions: Slice onions.
Heat half the butter and saute beef in batches to brown. Remove from pan and set aside. Heat the butter and saute the onions and garlic until lightly browned. Lower the heat and add the green chillies, cumin, turmeric, chilli powder and ginger. Cook for 1 minute. Add the meat and stock and simmer for 1 hour or until the meat is tender.
