12 oz cream cheese
12 x cocktail sauce
8 oz crab meat
2 tbl Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
1 tbl Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp brandy
50 x French bread croutons
(toasted French Bread slices)
Instructions:
Instructions: Whip cream cheese in a mixer until smooth. Add cocktail sauce, Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce, Old Bay Seasoning and brandy. Mix well.

Add crab meat and mix in until crab meat starts to shred.

To serve, brush croutons with pesto and top with 1 tablespoons of crab dip.

This recipe yields 50 pieces.

Comments: A light Summer appetizer, ideal for Labor Day, Fourth of July and other celebrations.
