Instructions: Heres a delicious recipe my family loves-even those who are not enamored of chickpeas!
Brown onion, garlic & ginger slightly in enough oil to coat pan. Add spices. When hot, add chickpeas and their liquid. chop tomatoes and stir in with 3/4 c juice. Add 2 T lemon juice.
