600 gm flower crabs, remove the shells and cut into halves, toss lightly with tapioca flour, then deep fry

1 tbl chopped ginger
1 tbl chopped shallots
1 tbl chopped garlic
1 tbl minced bean paste (taucheong)
----------------- Seasoning: ----------------
2 tbl chilli sauce
2 tbl tomato sauce
2 tbl vinegar
2 tbl sugar to taste
1 x salt to taste
1 dsh pepper
1 tsp Maggi ikan bilis granules

Instructions: Method
SAUTE ingredients (A) in 2 to 3 tbsp oil until aromatic. Mix in seasoning and bring to a boil.

Add the crab pieces and stir-fry well. Then allow to simmer till sauce is slightly thick. Serve with garnishing.
