Instructions: Brush the chicken strips with oil and grill them until golden brown; be careful not to overcook them.
Transfer them to a medium sized saucepan and pour over the stock. Bring to the boil and add the garlic chillies lemon grass lime leaves and fish sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes at a gentle pace. Add the spring onions lime juice a little salt and ground black pepper then simmer for a further 5 minutes. Stir in the coriander and serve steaming hot. Serves 2 Email this Recipe:
