Instructions: Combine ground meat with beaten egg and onions. Form into bite-size bison balls. Brown in oil or use the microwave.
Sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, horseradish, honey, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
