MEATBALLS ----------------
1 lb Ground bison meat
1 x Egg beaten
1 x Onion very finely chopped
----------------- SAUCE ----------------
1 can Jellied cranberry sauce - (16 oz)
2 tbl Prepared horseradish
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 x Garlic clove minced
2 tbl Honey
1 tbl Lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine ground meat with beaten egg and onions. Form into bite-size bison balls. Brown in oil or use the microwave.

Sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, horseradish, honey, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add meatballs and serve.

Hint: To keep the shape of meatballs, plunge momentarily into rapidly boiling water before cooking.
