Instructions: Delicious accompanied with basmati or pilau rice and mango chutney.
1. Barbecue the chicken drumsticks or thighs over a moderate heat for 30-40 minutes, or the chicken wings for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally. 2. Mix together the cucumber, mint, coriander and yogurt then chill until required. Season to taste just before serving. 3. Serve the chicken with the raita.
