Ingredients:

1/2 cup Vegetable oil
2 tbl Red wine vinegar
2 tbl Sherry
2 tbl Soy sauce
2 tbl Brown sugar
2 tsp Lawrys Seasoned Salt
2 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Lawrys Garlic Powder with Parsley
Instructions:
Instructions: In large resealable plastic food storage bag, combine all ingredients except steak; mix well. Remove 1/4 cup marinade for basting. Add steak; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Remove steak; discard used marinade. Grill or broil steak 10 to 12 minutes or until desired doneness, truning once and basting often with additional 1/4 cup marinade.

Do not baste during last 5 minutes of cooking! Thinly slice steak on the diagonal across the grain.
