Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 cup	Ketchup
1 cup	Chili sauce
1/4 cup	Vegetable oil
1/4 cup	Dijon mustard
1/4 cup	Lemon juice
2 tbl	Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl	Hot Chinese chili paste-optl
2 tsp	Hot pepper sauce
1 tsp	Red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp	Freshly ground pepper
3 x	Cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients; mix well.

Makes 3 cups This is a good marinade
for ribs, pork chops, pork tenderloin and pork roasts such as loin and butt.
* Chinese chili paste is available in oriental and specialty food stores.
