Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
4 med	Tomatoes
	Chopped scallions to taste
1/4 med	Chopped red onion
10 x	Quartered black olives
1 tbl	Olive oil
2 tsp	Red wine vinegar
	Chopped red pepper
	Chopped green pepper
1 tsp	Salt
1 tbl	Ground cumin
1 tsp	Garlic
1 tsp	Oregano
	Ground red peppers to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: 1. Skin tomatoes, remove seeds, chop the fles moderately fine and put in a large saucepan.

2. Add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly, refrigerate and serve.
