Instructions: Saute veal and ham in small amount of fat. Add soup bunch, green bell pepper, onions, garlic, celery, and tomatoes. Cook until well done, stirring constantly. Add flour; stir constantly. Cook okra in 2 quarts of water; add to mixture. Add shrimp and crab meat. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and red pepper. Serve with steamed rice.
