Instructions: Make batch of favorite cornbread recipe (in a pinch I use a mix), let cool and dry
Preheat oven to 350*F. Saute celery and onion in oleo. In a very large bowl, mix bread crumbs, cornbread, sauteed onions and celery. Add chicken stock. (at this point I usually have to used my hands!) Add sausage and seasonings along with the eggs. Bake in 2 9X13 baking pans for 30-35 min or until brown on top. Email this Recipe:
