Instructions: Split pita bread and cut into triangles, spread with butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds and broil a few minutes. Serve with hummus.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, and saute onion and garlic until soft and transparent. Rinse garbanzo beans with cold water and drain. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and puree until the consistency resembles that of mayonnaise. Email this Recipe:
