2 can Garbanzo beans
1/2 tsp Garlic
7 oz Tahiti
1 tbl Soy sauce
1/2 cup Parsley
1/4 tsp Thyme
1 x Shake cayenne pepper
1 tbl Vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Drain and rinse beans. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Enjoy on whole wheat toast or crackers!
