2 x Pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts thinly sliced
1 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tbl Water
----------------- VEGGIES ----------------
12 x Pieces Chinese pea pods
6 x Fresh mushrooms
12 x Pieces bamboo shoots
8 slc Carrot
----------------- SAUCE ----------------
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbl Cooking wine
1 tbl Water
1/3 tsp White pepper
1 tsp Sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix chicken ingredients and set aside 5 minutes. Mix together veggies, set aside. Mix sauce together and set aside. Heat 2 Tbls. oil add marinated chicken, stir until cooked. Add veggies & chicken. Add sauce and cook until heated through. May substitute chicken with shrimp, crab or turkey. 2-4 servings.
