1/2 cup Flour -- 5.5 to 6 cups
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbl baking powder
1/2 lb butter cut in small cubes
2 x egg yolks
3 stk margarine cut in small cubes
1 x egg
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder; cut in margarine and butter.

Add the rest of the ingredients. Chill dough. Roll thin and cut into circles (biscuit size/3"). Put filling in middle. Fold over and pinch edges together tightly. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 375 degrees for 9-10 minutes. Sift powdered sugar over top.

NOTES: Canned apricot filling OK but not as good as homemade. Janet
