Instructions: Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder; cut in margarine and butter.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Chill dough. Roll thin and cut into circles (biscuit size/3"). Put filling in middle. Fold over and pinch edges together tightly. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 375 degrees for 9-10 minutes. Sift powdered sugar over top. NOTES: Canned apricot filling OK but not as good as homemade. Janet Email this Recipe:
