Instructions: In Dutch oven brown beef in shortening.
Stir in sliced onions, garlic, paprika and salt; saute until onions are tender. Add water, Heinz 57 sauce. Cover; simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender. Thicken sauce with flour/water mixture, if desired. Serve over hot buttered noodles. Email this Recipe:
