Instructions: Brown meat, add onions. Combine mustard, paprika, sugar, salt, Worcestershire, vinegar, and catsup. Add to meat with 1 cup water. Stir, cover, cook over low heat until meat is tender. Blend flour with 1/2 cup water; add to meat mixture, stirring until thickened. Serve over noodles.
