2 x Wild ducks - (abt 3 lbs ea)
4 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbl Catsup
1 tbl Melted butter
1 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Put birds on a rack in a roaster. Combine remaining ingredients and use as a basting sauce. Roast birds at 375 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting every 15 minutes.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
