2 cup	Canned kidney beans
1/4 cup	Chili sauce
2 x	Hard boiled eggs, sliced
5 x	Scallions, sliced
2 med	Tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 x	Cooked potatoes, diced
2 tbl	Chopped green pepper
1/2 cup	Diced cucumbers
3 x	Radishes,diced
1/2 cup	Wine vinegar
1/4 cup	Olive oil

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients, mixing well. This salad will keep indefinitely in a refridgerator. Serve as a main dish with Italian bread.
