4 lb	Ground pork
2 tbl	Salt
2 tsp	Black pepper
3/4 tsp	Mace
1/4 tsp	Nutmeg
1/4 tsp	Cloves
1/2 tsp	All-spice

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix venison and pork together. Add approx. 1/2 cup hot water to meat to gain desired texture for sausage press. Add spices and mix well.
