Instructions: Brown meat ,onions and garlic together breaking up meat as it cooks. When meat is brown and crumbling, add remaining ingredients and slowly simmer, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 hours. If it starts to get a little too muddy, add some water ,or more beer. Serve the chili over rice with some shredded cheddar cheese on the side, along with some good crusty bread.
