Amount Ingredient
3 lb ground beef or venison
3 lb onion, coarsely chopped
10 x -12 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp cumin
4 tbl chili powder
1 can beer(minus 1 swallow)
3 x (16 oz.) cans pork & beans
3 x (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans
1 x (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown meat ,onions and garlic together breaking up meat as it cooks. When meat is brown and crumbling, add remaining ingredients and slowly simmer, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 hours. If it starts to get a little too muddy, add some water ,or more beer. Serve the chili over rice with some shredded cheddar cheese on the side, along with some good crusty bread.
