Instructions: Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef, onion, and garlic; cook, stirring constantly, 5 to 7 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Add rice, almonds, ginger, curry powder, and salt. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until flavors are well blended. Just before serving, stir in apples and apple cider.
To toast the almonds, place on baking sheet; bake in 350 degree oven 5 to 7 minutes or until just beginning to brown. This recipe yields 6 servings Email this Recipe:
