Instructions: Combine 1 cup flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Stir in water, egg, and oil, beat until smooth. Cover and let raise 15 minute. Stir in enough flour to make a soft, sticky dough. Turn out on floured board and work in more flour until kneadable. Knead about 3 minutes. Divide into 16 balls; place in 9 inch square greased pan. Brush with melted butter and let raise 20 minutes. Bake at 425F for 8-10 minutes.
