2 x garlic cloves
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup carrot chunks
5 tsp vegetable broth powder
1/4 cup uncle bens conv. rice
2 can hunts no-salt tomatoes
1/2 cup water
2 cup pinto beans cooked
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp basil dried
(or 2 T fresh)
1 can green beans cut
1 cup okra frozen or fresh, cut
Instructions:
Instructions: Directions: Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook until done, about 6 hours.
