2 x 1/4" slices firm tofu
1 tbl nutritional yeast or mustard
salt, (optional)
fresh pepper, (optional)
1 tsp olive oil
2 slc whole grain bread
dairy-free mayonnaise of Almonnaise
ketchup
mustard
alfalfa sprouts
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Dip the tofu slices in the nutritional yeast to coat, or brush lightly with mustard. Season to taste with salt & pepper.

2. Heat oil in a skillet. Ad tofu slices and saute over medium-high heat for three minutes on each side, turning once.

3. Assemble sandwich using bread, mayonnaise or other spread, tofu, sprouts or lettuce, and tomato.
