	FOR 1 1/2 POUND LOAF ----------------
1/2 cup	Milk
1 x	Egg
1/2 cup	Drained & chopped canned yams
3 cup	Bread flour
1/2 tsp	Salt
1/2 tbl	Butter or margerine
2 tbl	Brown sugar
1/3 cup	Mini marshmallows
1/2 tsp	Yeast Welbilt/Dak machines (use 2 tsp. yeast)
	----------------- FOR 1 POUND LOAF ----------------
3/8 cup	Milk
1 x	Egg
1/4 cup	Drained & chopped canned yams
2 cup	Bread flour
1 tsp	Salt
1 tbl	Butter or margerine
1 tbl	Brown sugar
1/4 cup	Mini marshmallows

Instructions:

Instructions: Here is a great one for the bread machine. It comes out so soft and fresh.

This one is a big hit!

Place all ingredients in bread pan and press start. After baking cycle ends, remove from bread pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool one hour before slicing. CRUST: REGULAR MENUE SELECTION: BAKE
