Instructions: Cream margarine and sugar. Add molasses and eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Store in covered container and refrigerate. This will keep up to 4 weeks. Bake in muffin pans 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Use only a tablespoon in each muffin cup.
