Instructions: Warm the waffles but dont toast them. While still warm, gently fold each in half, like a taco. Place in a 9- by 13-inch baking dish, squeezing into rows so that they retain their shape.
In a large bowl, combine ice cream and marshmallows until well mixed, then evenly scoop into the "taco shells." Spoon fudge sauce over the ice cream and top each with a cherry. Cover and freeze until firm. Serve, or keep frozen until ready to serve. This recipe yields 8 servings. Comments: Go wild!
