Instructions: Bring 3 cups water to boil in saucepan. Remove from heat and add tea bags, extract, cinnamon sticks and cloves. Cover with lid, let steep 10-15 minutes, or until brewed to preferred strength. Strain mixture into 2 quart pitcher. Add sugar; stir. Fill rest of pitcher with cold water, serve over ice and garnish with fresh orange slices. makes 2 quarts
