1 can diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz) drained
1 can no-salt-added tomato juice - (46 oz)
1 lrg cucumber peeled, seeded,
and diced
1 med green bell pepper diced
5 x scallions thinly sliced
3 x garlic cloves minced
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 tbl olive oil
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well.

Cover and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

This recipe yields 10 servings.

Serving size: 1 cup.
