Instructions: In crock pot, combine onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, and stock; stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Add pepperoni and green pepper during last 30 min of cooking.
Divide croutons equally between individual bowls. Spoon soup over croutons and top each with grated mozzarella chees. NOTES : Can sub your favorite pizza meat topping for the pepperoni in this soup. Try cooked sausage, ham, or cooked ground beef. Email this Recipe:
