3 slc Bacon, pieces
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1 stalk celery sliced
1 x Carrot sliced
1 lb Ground beef
1 pkt (5.5 oz) au gratin mix
1/2 cup Beef broth
2/3 cup Water
2/3 cup Milk
2 tbl Tomato paste
Instructions:
Instructions: This is a very rich recipe, sometimes a tad greasy, but the taste is wonderful.

In medium skillet cook bacon til lightly brown. Add onion, celery adn carrot, cook til tender. Stir in ground beef and cook til brown. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boiling. Turn into buttered 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees farenheit for 30-35 minutes or til potatoes are tender.
