Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/4 cup Butter or margarine
2 x Eggs
2 cup Cooked, mashed pinto beans
1 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking soda
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Cloves
2 cup Diced apples
3/4 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Chopped nuts
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions:
Instructions: Cream butter or margarine. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Blend in beans. Sift together dry ingredients.Add to creamed mixture, blending well. Fold in apples, raisins, nuts & vanilla.Pour into buttered 9x13" pan. Bake in 375 F oven 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done. Can frost with maple frosting.
