Instructions: 1. Cook beans in 8 cups of water for 35 minutes under high pressure.
Drain. 2. Return beans to pressure cooker. Add broth, 2 cups water, onion, carrots, celery, tomatoes with juice, pepper and bay leaf. 3. Cook under high pressure for 20 minutes. 4. Remove bay leaf. Add olive oil. Season with salt and hot pepper sauce. Pressure cookers are amazing things when it comes to cooking beans!
