Instructions: Heat waffle iron, mix eggs with buttermilk and oil. Stir in flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt and mix until blended. When ready, generously coat waffle iron top and bottom with nonstick spray. Pour approximately 1/3 of batter onto hot waffle iron. Close and bake until the steaming stops and waffles are cooked and slightly brown.

Makes 3 large waffles.
