Instructions: Spray 12-8-inch baking dish or shallow 2-quart casserole with vegetable oil spray. Cook pasta according to directions; drain and put into prepared dish. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
In medium saucepan, combine onion, flour, pepper, mustard, salt, and half-and-half. Cook over medium heat until blended and thickened. Remove from heat; stir in 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese and sherry. Stir until blended and cheese melts. Arrange cubed lobster on top of pasta shells and sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour sauce over all; sprinkle with cracker crumbs and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Lightly spray top of casserole with vegetable oil spray. Bake at 40 degrees 20 minutes or until bubbly and browned. Email this Recipe:
